Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Pokemonwinkel.nl and to every agreement concluded between Pokemonwinkel.nl and the consumer.
No agreement can be concluded with the consumer without the consumer's agreement.
By placing an order in the Pokemonwinkel.nl webshop, the consumer agrees to the general terms and conditions.
Article 3 – The offer
Pokemonwinkel.nl cannot guarantee that the website will be free of substantive or grammatical errors at all times. Pokemonwinkel.nl cannot guarantee that the information on the website is up-to-date at all times. Pokemonwinkel.nl is authorized to change the content of the website at any time.
The colors on the screen of the device that the consumer uses may differ from the colors of the original product. This may be due to, among other things, the settings of the device. Pokemonwinkel.nl makes every effort to display the correct colors in our webshop.
Article 4 – The price and payment
The stated prices of the products include 21% VAT and shipping costs from EUR 150.
Pokemonwinkel.nl accepts payments via iDeal, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Direct Bank Transfer, SOFORT Banking and Bitcoin.
Article 5 – Delivery
Pokemonwinkel.nl ships worldwide.
All products are shipped in collaboration with PostNL.
Orders are delivered to the consumer within two working days after successful payment. Delays in the delivery of the products may occur, and because Pokemonwinkel.nl is dependent on partners for the delivery of its products, Pokemonwinkel.nl cannot be held liable for this delay.
Pokemonwinkel.nl is not responsible for: failed deliveries as a result of the recipient not being at the specified address at the time of delivery, deteriorated product quality as a result of specifying an incorrect delivery address, deteriorated product quality as a result of incorrect actions of the recipient.
Article 6 – Exercise of right of withdrawal by the consumer
If the consumer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must notify Pokemonwinkel.nl within the cooling-off period.
The consumer has the right to return the order within 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of the order.
The consumer returns the product with all supplied accessories, in unused condition, and in accordance with the instructions provided by Pokemonwinkel.nl.
Products on sale, when clearly stated by Pokemonwinkel.nl, may not be returned.
Article 7 – Intellectual property
The website, Pokemonwinkel.nl, and all its subdomains are part of the intellectual property of Pokemonwinkel.nl, nothing may be copied or used without explicit permission from Pokemonwinkel.nl.
Article 8 – Privacy
Personal information is stored, used for the delivery of the consumer's order and is treated with care. Personal information will never be passed on to third parties.
Article 9 – Liability
Pokemonwinkel.nl is not liable for damage caused by the use of a product. This does not apply if the damage was caused by our intent, negligence or deliberate recklessness. The right to compensation will in any case not exceed the amount of the ordered and paid product.
